[Product Overview] 

Wool smoothing agent H8104 is a high-molecular-weight smoothing agent synthesized from a special silica-based material. It is specifically designed for use in smoothing wool sweaters, scarves, yarns, and coarse-woven wool fabrics. The product remains stable in working solutions. It has weak cationic properties and can be used for post-processing. After application, it imparts various yarns and wool sweaters with excellent smoothness and softness. Wool smoothing agent H8104 can be used for the smoothing and softening of various garments, whether used alone or in combination with other non-ionic or cationic softeners.

[Reference Process]

1.Dipping method

Lightening agent 2% to 5% of the dry weight of the fabric

Temperature: Around 40°C

Duration: 20–30 minutes

pH: 4.5-6.5

2.Padding method

Lightening agent 10 to 20 grams per liter.

Pick up rate: 70%–80%.

Bath temperature: Around 40°C

pH: 4.5–6.5

[Storage ,Transport and Package]
1.Packaging: Plastic barrels, each weighing 125 kg.

2.Transportation: It can be transported as a non-hazardous material.

3.Storage: It can be stored at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight. The shelf life in its original container is 6 months.

4.Caution: Protect against contamination from heavy metal ions, strong acids, and strong bases.

[Notes for Attention]

1.The residual alkali in textiles is extremely unstable, and the pH value in water will affect the finishing effect; therefore, cleaning before finishing is essential.  

2.Although the brightening agent emulsion is compatible with most cationic and non-ionic auxiliaries, for safety reasons, compatibility testing is necessary before mixing them. The stability of the emulsion can also be negatively affected under extreme conditions.
