[Mechanism of Action]

Under high-temperature conditions, the special water-dispersible polyester grafts onto the polyester fibers to modify them.

[Dissolution/Dilution Method]   (Dilute to a 10% aqueous solution)

1. Under cold water conditions: Soak for 10–20 hours, then stir rapidly until uniform.

2. Heating conditions: 80°C, stirring for half an hour can rapidly dissolve the solution.

Notes: During the swelling process, separation may occur (the finishing agent sinks to the bottom of the water). Once swollen, stir rapidly until the solution is uniform and stable before adding materials.

[Application Process](10% aqueous solution)

1. Padding method: (20–30 g/L) One-dip-one-pad or one-dip-two-pads (pick-up rate 50%–80%) → Drying (110°C–120°C × 3 min) → Curing (160°C–170°C × 1.5 min)

2. Dipping method: 1%-4% (o.w.f.) at a bath ratio of 1:10

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: 25 kg kraft paper bags (lined with plastic bags)

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
