Anti-UV finishing agent H8934 is a reactive product that offers excellent UV protection.

[Characteristics and Advantages]

1. A reactive product that can be used in the same bath with reactive dyes and acid dyes, and forms a durable bond with the fiber;

2. High wash fastness and light fastness;

3. Excellent dye uptake and fixation;

4. Does not affect the hand feel.

[Basic Properties]

Appearance: Brownish-yellow liquid  

pH: 3–5 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water  

Ionicity: Anionic/Nonionic

[Scope of Application]

Suitable for UV protection finishing and improving light fastness of cellulose and polyester fibers. Widely used for UV protection finishing in children’s and infant apparel, sportswear, beachwear, swimwear, casual wear, workwear, and uniforms.

[Application Process]

1. Dipping or padding methods may be used:

Dipping method: 2.0–5.0% (o.w.f.), temperature: 40–50°C, time: 15 minutes, dewatering and drying under normal conditions;

Padding method: 20–50 g/L, pad-to-fabric ratio: 80–90%, drying, standard conditions;

2. Use in the same bath with acid dyes and reactive dyes; maintain standard processing conditions.

[Packaging and Storage]

1. Packaged in 50-kg plastic drums.

2. Store in a sealed container at room temperature. Shelf life: 6 months.
