Release agent H8928 is a water-based release agent specifically designed for rubber and plastic molding. Release agent H8928 is particularly effective for molding applications that require high-temperature stability, low mold contamination, and low mold buildup. The release agent is a concentrated product and must be diluted with water before use. The dilution ratio depends on factors such as the rubber and plastic materials and mold design. Please stir the product thoroughly before dilution.

[Application]

Release agent H8928 must be sprayed onto a hot mold.

1. Clean the mold with a mold cleaner to remove any residual release agents or other contaminants. Wipe dry with a cotton cloth, then wipe with a clean solvent and allow to dry. (For best results, we recommend sandblasting the mold first, then wiping it with a clean solvent, and waiting for the solvent to evaporate completely before use.) )

2. Release agent H8928 must be thoroughly stirred before dilution, then diluted with water. The dilution ratio depends on molding conditions and the rubber or plastic material used: the recommended dilution ratio is 1:200 to 1:100 (ratio of product to water). Spray the diluted product onto the mold surface at a temperature of 100°C or higher (or the actual mold application temperature), and proceed with molding once the water has evaporated.

3. For spraying, use equipment with compressed air. Hold the spray gun 25–46 cm away from the mold surface, and spray evenly and in moderate amounts.

4. After each molding operation, reapply a thin, uniform layer of the concentrated release agent. To prevent excessive buildup of the concentrated release agent on the mold, do not spray in excess.

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.
