It is a high-molecular-weight emulsion formed through the polymerization of special raw materials, which imparts a smooth, soft, and elastic effect to the fabric. It is widely used in fabric finishing processes.

[Scope of usages]

Core-spun yarn smoothing agent H8105, used in dyeing plants for smoothing treatments; it can also be used as a yarn smoothing agent, for washing and finishing wool garments to mimic silk smoothness, and for leather surface care and polishing to enhance the leather’s texture and vibrancy

[Dilution Reference]

High-concentration product, 1 part to 4 parts. 1 portion contains the core yarn smoothing agent H8105, and 3 portions of water. Mix well and use immediately.

[Dosage Reference]

Dipping method: dilute solution 2-5% (o.w.f).

Padding method: diluted solution 20-50 g/L.
