[Overview]

Textile stiffening agent H8907 is suitable for stiffening finishes on various fiber textiles. It can be used alone or in combination with other finishing agents and softeners. Its main applications include the bonding of degreased cotton, non-woven fabrics, and needle-punched carpets; single-sided sizing and finishing of woven carpets; and the coating of velcro strips.

[Product Properties]

Appearance: White emulsion

Ionicity: Nonionic

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

Compatibility: Compatible with anionic, cationic, and nonionic finishing agents; compatible with starch, starch derivatives, or other sizing agents; stable in hard water.

Can be used in neutral and weakly acidic baths; avoid using in alkaline and high-electrolyte baths such as magnesium sulfate. It is recommended to conduct a test before use.

1. Padding Process

Cotton fabrics and blended fabrics: 200–500 g/l  Stiffening agent H8907

Polyester webbing, nylon webbing: 80–200 g/l Stiffening agent H8907

Polyester shoe materials: 150–300 g/l Stiffening agent H8907

[Packaging and Storage]

1. 125 kg per plastic drum

2. Store in a sealed container at room temperature. Shelf life: 6 months.
