[Overview]

Incrassation agent H8908 imparts a full, flowing hand feel to fabrics while increasing their weight. Fabrics treated with incrassation agent H8908 do not produce dust or spots. They will not harden again even after long-term storage.

[Applications]

1. Incrassation agent H8908 is mainly used for the finishing of wool and wool-blend fabrics, including woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, and hosiery. Incrassation agent H8908 is also suitable for cotton, linen, and regenerated cellulose fibers. Do not apply incrassation agent H8908 to textiles that may come into direct contact with the skin, as this product may cause skin irritation in some individuals.

2. Incrassation agent H8908 can also be used in combination with other finishing agents. When used as a filler in conjunction with finishing agents, it provides washing resistance, or it can be used as a softener in combination with softening agents.

3. The use of incrassation agent H8908 on different fabrics and dye combinations (especially sensitive colors) may cause color changes. Therefore, it is recommended that customers conduct a test on a small sample before use to determine the product’s stability and its effect on fabric color changes.

[Application Process]

Padding method

Finishing agent: 50–200 g/L

One dip, one nip (70–80% liquid content)

Drying at 120–150 °C.

The lower the drying temperature, the better; preferably not exceeding 140 °C, generally 120–140 °C for 2–3 minutes

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
