[Key Features]

• Suitable for soft finishing of knitted, woven, polyester, cotton fabrics. Give the clothing washing a soft and smooth effect.

• Can be used for yarn lubrication ,sanding and raising to make the raising smooth.

• Suitable for chemical fiber and cotton, gives the fabrics excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.

[Application Process]

Dipping process: H806  0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃

Padding process: H806  2–3 g/L, 30–40°C, two-dip-two-pad or one-dip-one-pad

[Dilution Method]

• Cold dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse it, stand still for 2-4 hours. After that, stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.
• Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat to 60-70℃, continue stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in woven plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.

[Important Notes]

1. This product may develop minor clumping during storage and transportation; simply break up the clumps before use.

2. This product is a fatty acid ester compound; we recommend using it immediately after opening!
