Non-ionic softener flakes H804 possess excellent hydrophilicity, resistance to yellowing, and low impact on color tone. They are suitable for softening treatments on various fibers, and are particularly ideal for bleached yarns and fabrics, as well as those with strict color tone requirements.

[Features and Benefits]

[Dissolution Method]

Add 5–10% of the soft flakes to room-temperature water under slow stirring, and let them soak for 1 hour. Heat the mixture to approximately 70°C under slow stirring, maintain the temperature, and continue stirring slowly for about 2.0 hours until a uniform emulsion forms. Cool the mixture while continuing to stir, then filter and retain for later use.

[Recommended Dosage] (Calculated based on a 10% slurry)

Padding method: 10–60 g/L. Temperature: 30–40°C; one dip-one pad or two dip-two pad.

Dipping method: 1–6% (o.w.f.). Temperature: 45–60°C; bath ratio: 1:10–15; 20–30 minutes.

1. Packaging: Packaged in woven plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.
