[Overview]

Soft oil H8203 is a new, multifunctional, and ultra-concentrated advanced liquid softener designed for ultra-soft finishing of high-end textiles.

[Physical and Chemical Properties]

Appearance: Pale yellow, oily liquid or creamy-white ointment

Ionicity: Cationic

pH: 5.0–6.0 (10% emulsion)

[Application Features]

It has good solubility, a stable emulsion, no separation or oil floating, and low foaming, making it safe to use.

It provides superior softness finishing, enhancing textiles with excellent elasticity, a unique smoothness, and a silk-like softness. It is suitable for ultra-soft finishing of textiles requiring high-quality hand feel.

It has low yellowing tendency and minor impact on the color tone of dyed fabrics.

It has good hydrophilicity, which helps with color repair of fabrics after finishing.

It is resistant to hard water and electrolytes and does not produce soft oil stains.

[Dissolution Method]

Add 10% Soft oil H8203 to a container. Stir while slowly adding water, and gradually heat it to approximately 50°C. When it is completely dissolved and forms a uniform emulsion, stir while cooling, then filter for later use.

[Recommended Application Process]
1. Padding method

       Dosage: 10%  H8203 emulsion  5–100 g/L

       Temperature: Room temperature to 50°C

     Padding Method: One-dip-one-roll or multiple-dip-multiple-roll

2. Dipping Method

        Dosage: 10%  H8203 Emulsion  1–10% (o.w.f.)

        Temperature: 50–55°C

        Time: 10–20 min

[Packaging, Storage and Transportation]
1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep tightly sealed. Shelf life: 12 months

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
