[Overview]

Soft oil H8201 is a cationic, multi-functional liquid softener. It provides an exceptionally soft, fluffy, and smooth hand feel. It is suitable for softening processing of various fibers and their blended fabric products.

[Physical and Chemical Properties]

Appearance: Pale yellow viscous liquid

Ionicity: Cationic

pH: 5.0–6.0

Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water

[Application Features]

★ Resistant to acids and electrolytes. The emulsion is stable, does not separate, does not release oil, and does not cause wax spots.

★ Compared to conventional softeners, it provides a softer, fluffier, and smoother hand feel.

★ Low yellowing tendency; but use with caution on light-colored and bleached fabrics.

★ Optimal softening results are achieved when the working solution pH is between 4.5 and 5.0.

[Recommended Application Process]
1. Padding method

        Dosage: Soft oil H8201  20–90 g/L

        Temperature: 30–50°C

      Padding Method: One-dip-one-roll or two-dip-two-roll

2. Dipping Method

        Dosage: Soft Oil H8201  3–12% (o.w.f.)

        Temperature: 30–50°C

        Time: 15–20 min

[Packaging, Storage and Transportation]
1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep tightly sealed. Shelf life: 12 months

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
