[Overview]

Wet rubbing agent H8707 is a water-based polyurethane polycationic compound. It offers excellent wet rubbing fastness enhancement and can significantly improve the wet rubbing fastness of direct, reactive, and sulfur dyes when dyeing deep shades on cellulose fibers. Particularly for deep black, deep red, and emerald blue shades, it can improve wet rubbing fastness by 2–3 grades.

• Does not compromise the color fastness of dyed fabrics;

• Used for color-fixing treatments after reactive dyeing of cellulose fibers; provides excellent improvement in wet rub fastness, increasing it by 2–3 grades to reach grade 3 or higher;

[Scope of Application]

Suitable for improving the wet rubbing agent of direct, reactive, and sulfur dyes when dyeing cellulose fibers.

• Dipping method (for denim washing)

Wet rubbing agent H8707  4–8% (o.w.f.) (adjust according to shade depth)

Silicone oil  2–8% (o.w.f.) (adjust according to specific customer handfeel requirements)

Bath ratio: 1:10–20

pH: ≤7

Drum tumbling: Room temperature × 20–30 min

Spin-drying: 100–120°C

• Padding method (recommended process)

Process: One dip, one pad

Pad-off rate: 70–80%

Drying: 100–120°C

• The prepared working solution is semi-transparent at around 25°C; use immediately after preparation.

• Conduct thorough test runs before use; the above process is for reference only.

• For customers with specific requirements on hand feel, we recommend using the compatible silicone oil HJ-1024, which has minimal impact on fabric fastness after finishing.

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
