[Key Features]

[Application Process]

Both dipping and padding processes are suitable.

Dipping method: H805  0.3–0.8% o.w.f., bath ratio 1:10–15, temperature 40–50°C, 15–30 minutes

Padding method: H805 2–3 g/L, 30–40°C, two dips and two pads or one dip and one pad

[Dilution Method]

Cold dilution: pour the flakes slowly into 40℃ water in the proportion of 6-10%, stir for 3-5minutes to disperse it, stand still for 2-4 hours. After that, stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat to 60-70℃,continue stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in woven plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.

[Important Notes]

1. This product may develop minor clumping during storage and transportation; simply break up the clumps before use.

2. This product is a fatty acid ester compound; we recommend using it immediately after opening!
