[Scope of usages]

The smoothing agent H8101 is specifically designed for use on cotton, silk-dyed yarns, finished garments, and other fabrics after they have undergone serge treatment. It can impart a smooth, fluffy, ultra-soft, shiny, and delicate feel to the fabric. It is suitable for use on fabrics that require high levels of softness and brightness.

[Process of reference]

1.Dipping method                          

Brightening agent 2-5% of the dry weight of the fabric.

Temperature: Around 40°C

Duration: 20-30 minutes

pH: 4.5-6.5

2. Padding method

Brightening agent 10-20 grams per liter.

Padding pick-up: 70-80%.

Bath temperature: Around 40°C

pH: 4.5-6.5

[Notice of attention]

1.Residual alkali in textiles, unstable substances, and the pH value of water can all affect the finishing results, so cleaning before finishing is essential.  

2.Although the brightening agent emulsion is compatible with most cationic and non-ionic auxiliaries, for safety reasons, compatibility testing is necessary before mixing. The stability of the emulsion can also be negatively affected under extreme conditions.
