[Application Characteristics]

This product is a new, eco-friendly, and highly efficient pretreatment agent that represents a major breakthrough in traditional caustic soda processes. It prevents excessive fiber damage and reduces weight loss (by 3–5% compared to traditional methods). After use, it significantly improves brightness, lint yield, and hydrophilicity, while enhancing dyeability and evenness of dyeing. The product is easy to rinse, reduces the number of wash cycles, and is simple to use. Scouring enzymes provide an effective solution for achieving an economical, eco-friendly, and short-process pretreatment method.

[Instructions for Use]

Pre-treatment of cotton and cotton-blend woven and knitted fabrics, yarns, and cone yarns.

1. Cotton knitted fabrics, yarns, and cone yarns

Process:

Scouring enzyme: 2–3 g/L            Bath ratio: 1:10–20

NaOH or Na2CO3: 0–1 g/L            Temperature: 95–100°C

H2O2 (100%): 1–2 g/L                Time: 50–60 min

Procedure: Circulate purified enzyme through the tank → Heat to 50–60°C → Add H2O2 → Circulate and heat to 130°C and hold for 15 minutes, or 120°C and hold for 25 minutes, or 100°C and hold for 50–60 minutes → Drain → Wash with hot water (60°C, once) → Drain → Apply deoxidize enzyme treatment for 10–15 minutes → Stain

2. Woven Fabrics:

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]
1. Packaging: Packed in plastic bags, net weight 25kg per bag.

2. Storage:Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.
