1. General Cotton Brightening Process:

Dosage: Optical Brightener 4BK 0.2–0.6% o.w.f.

Sodium sulfate: 5–10 g/L

Temperature × Time: 90–100°C × 20–30 minutes

Bath ratio: 1:10–20

2. Oxygen Bleaching and Whitening Process for Cotton - Bath Method:

Dosage: Optical Brightener 4BK 0.1–0.6%

Sodium Hydroxide (30%): 1–4 g/L

Hydrogen Peroxide (35%): 4–8 g/L

Sodium silicate: 10–15 g/l  Detergent: 0.5–1 g/l

Temperature × Time: 100°C × 30–45 minutes

Bath Ratio: 1:10–20

3. Whitening Process for Polyester/Cotton Blends – Bath Processing:

A. Oxygen Bleaching Process:

Dosage: Detergent: 0.5–1.0 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide (35%): 4–8 g/L

Sodium hydroxide (30%): 1–4 g/L

Sodium silicate: 10–15 g/l

Temperature × Time: 100°C × 30–45 minutes

Bath ratio: 1:10–20

B. Polyester Brightening Process:

Dosage: Optical brightener ER-1/ER-11: 0.2–0.8% o.w.f.

Dispersant: 0.5 g/l

Temperature × Time: 110–130°C × 30 minutes

Bath ratio: 1:10–20

C. Cotton Brightening Process:

Dosage: Optical Brightener 4BK 0.2–0.6% o.w.f.

Sodium sulfate: 2–5 g/L

Temperature × Time: 90–100°C × 20–30 minutes

Bath ratio: 1:10–20

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in kraft paper bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.
