Laser additive H8922 is a mixture of environmentally friendly inorganic compounds. When used in combination with laser additive H8900 in laser processing, it delivers significant bleaching results and can replace potassium permanganate in denim rinsing applications.

[Scope of Application]

Laser additive H8922 must be used in combination with laser additive H8900.

[Application Process]

The mixing ratio of laser additive H8922 to laser additive H8900 is 10:1. When mixing:

1. Apply to the fabric by spraying, wiping, or brushing (the solution should have a 90% wicking rate on the fabric); ensure thorough mixing;

2. Laser treatment can be performed directly or after the fabric is dried;

3. Washing: 2 g/L soda ash, 2 g/L hydrogen peroxide (50%), 60°C × 15 min.

[Applications as a Potassium Permanganate Substitute]

1. Mix laser additive H8922 and laser additive H8900 in a 10:1 ratio, ensuring thorough mixing;

2. Apply to the fabric by spraying, wiping, or brushing (ensuring the fabric is 90% saturated with the solution);

3. Exposure to air for at least 5 minutes;

4. Treat in oven or curing chamber at 60°C for 20 minutes. Note: drying temperature must not exceed 60°C to avoid damaging fiber strength;

5. Washing: 2 g/L soda ash, 2 g/L hydrogen peroxide (50%), 60°C x 15 min.

[Packaging and Storage]

1. Packaged in 30 kg plastic drums.

2. Store in a sealed container at room temperature; Shelf life: 6 months.
