It is suitable for fixing fabrics dyed with reactive and direct dyes, and can significantly improve wet fastness. [Application Characteristics]

1. Formaldehyde-free fixing agent H8704 has a wide range of applications and can be used for the dyeing and fixing of direct, reactive, and sulfur dyes. Dye-treated fabrics are easy to rework after fixing.

2. High fixing power is a major advantage of formaldehyde-free fixing agent H8704. It significantly improves the fabric’s resistance to washing, perspiration, water immersion, and rubbing. Its high fixation capacity achieves levels that are difficult for conventional fixatives to reach. It has minimal impact on the color tone of the dyed fabric.

3. Formaldehyde-free fixing agent H8704 requires a small dosage; typically, only half the amount of a traditional fixing agent is needed, making it cost-effective.

1. Dyeing Method

Dosage: 1–4% (o.w.f.) (adjust according to color intensity)

pH: 5.0–5.5 (optimal; adjust with glacial acetic acid)

Temperature: 20–40°C

Time: 15–30 min
