Applications and Features:

1. Easily soluble in water, with excellent cleaning ability.

2. In the textile industry, it is used as a detergent, scouring agent, and desizing agent.

Refined Production Process:

According to customer needs, the product can be diluted to 6%–30% concentration for use.

Procedure:

1. Add the calculated amount of tap water to a mixing tank.

2. Add 0.5‰ (0.05%) of Kathon preservative.

3. Add the high-concentration Detergent H8402 into the water.

4. Turn on the stirrer and mix thoroughly until the concentrated environmental-friendly detergent is fully dissolved.

5. Proceed with packaging.

Packaging and Storage:

120 kg plastic drums or 200 kg drums. Store in a cool, dry warehouse; shelf life is one year.

When stored in the original, tightly sealed container at temperatures between 2°C and 30°C, the standard shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
