Cotton touch agent H8315 is a cationic, multi-functional liquid softener that provides an exceptionally soft, fluffy, and smooth hand feel. It imparts outstanding luster and smoothness to fabrics and is suitable for hand finishing of various fibers and their blended products, with particularly effective results on denim fabrics.

[Scope of Application]

Finishing of cotton, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic, and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics at dyeing mills;

Soft, smooth, and lustrous hand-feel finishing of denim garments, washed fabrics, and knitwear at laundry facilities;

Used in towel mills to impart a smooth, lustrous, soft, and fluffy finish to the fabric;

Pre-shrink softening for knit fabrics in knitting mills prior to setting, enabling the fabric to be stretched to the desired width without deformation.

[Reference Application Process]

1. Padding method

       Dosage: 10–80 g/L

       Temperature: 20-40°C

      Padding method: One-dip-one-roll or two-dip-two-roll

2. Dipping Method

        Dosage: 2-10% (o.w.f.)

        Temperature: 20–40°C

        Time: 15–20 min

[Packaging, Storage and Transportation]
1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep tightly sealed. Shelf life: 6 months

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
