[Overview]: Block coploymer silicone oil  H8006 is a kind of tripartite coploymer  silicone oil, which is make textile fabric soft,fluffy and smooth.

[Function speciality]  

Block coploymer silicone oil H8006 offers an excellent soft, smooth, and fluffy feel; particularly suitable for cellulose fibers such as cotton and viscose, as well as blended fabrics. For use on synthetic fiber plush fabrics, it is recommended to first mix with 40% butyl ether emulsion, which will result in a particularly distinctive texture.

[Emulsifcation process]

Add the emulsifier and Block coploymer silicone oil crude oil H8006 to the reactor vessel. After stirring for 20 minutes, add 4-5% glacial acetic acid to the oil. Stir for another 20 minutes, then gradually add a small amount of water. Once the system has transitioned from thick to thin, you can speed up the addition of water accordingly. The diluted emulsion will be a transparent and uniform one.

Note: It is recommended to use TO7 emulsifier for emulsification.

The recommended amount of emulsifier is 20% to 30% for crude oil.

Note: This product is intended for use with synthetic fiber pile fabrics. It is recommended to add 40% butyl ether before emulsifying and using it.

Caution: When diluting, the initial amount of water added must be minimal and should be done slowly. Once the added water has fully dispersed throughout the system, proceed with adding more water until the system transitions from thick to thin, at which point it can be easily thinned into a uniform emulsion.

Recommended quantity :

padding :15-30g/L. Dipping: 3-5%(o.w.f)

Customer can adjust the quantity according to the demand of hand feel requirement,do not suggest use in overflow machine.
[Storage and Package]
125kg plastic drum or 200kg steel drum. Stored in a cool and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.
