Antioxidant softener H8317 is suitable for softening and finishing 100% cotton and blended knitted fabrics, yarns, and towels. It is particularly suitable for indigo-dyed denim with antioxidant color-change finishing.

[Basic Characteristics]

Appearance: Pale yellow, viscous, paste-like liquid

Ionicity: Weakly cationic

pH: 5–6 (10% emulsion)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

[Scope of Application]

It is suitable for antioxidant and color-changing finishing of indigo-dyed denim, as well as for softening finishing of cotton fabrics.

[Application Process]

1. Before use, it is recommended to dilute the product at a ratio of 1:10. Dilution temperature: 60–70°C

2. Dipping Method:

Recommended dosage: 0.5–2 g/L

Processing procedure: pH adjusted to 4–5, 30–40°C for 10–30 minutes

3. Padding Method:

Recommended dosage: 5–20 g/L

Processing procedure: pH adjusted to 4–5, pad-out rate 70–100%, dried at 110–150°C

[Packaging, Storage and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep tightly sealed. Shelf life: 6 months

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
